Shipping & Processing


Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 business (may take longer due to demand) days after receipt of payment and are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

 --International Orders (Outside the USA)--

International orders can take from 7 to 28 business days to arrive; depending upon the country being shipped. We ship all of our international packages through the United States Postal Service (Intl First Class, Priority or Express Mail). We take great care in packaging our international shipments and do everything in our power to expedite the arrival of your order. We are very experienced with shipping electronic cigarette products internationally and have successfully delivered our merchandise to over 50 nations. Unfortunately, no matter how experienced the shipper, delays do sometimes occur at the hands of National Customs.

Important Note on International Destinations (Non-USA)

Although we ship orders all over the world every day and rarely experience any delivery problems, please be advised that a handful of nations have placed restrictions on the importation of electronic cigarette products. At your request, we will ship anywhere; however, Eonsmoke does not take responsibility for packages seized by customs in nations that have expressly banned the use of electronic cigarette products.

We abide by the laws of the countries where we physically operate, but it is your responsibility to know the laws in your home country; not ours!

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
